  • B Students who have completed less than 25% of course materials remain eligible
  • C Medical emergencies or family hardships are evaluated case-by-case
  • D Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved within 5 business days

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

3 Payment Method Considerations

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. We work to minimize delays but some factors are beyond our control.

  • 2 Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • 3 International payments might require additional processing time due to banking regulations

4 Partial Refund Scenarios

In certain situations, partial refunds may be more appropriate than full refunds. These decisions consider the value already received and our operational costs.

  • Students who have accessed 25-50% of materials may qualify for 50% refund

  • Administrative fees may apply to cover processing costs in some circumstances
  • Course completion certificates void eligibility for refunds regardless of satisfaction

While we can't guarantee refunds in these situations, we're committed to working with our students to find reasonable solutions whenever possible.

5 Non-Refundable Situations

Certain situations fall outside our refund policy. Understanding these limitations helps set appropriate expectations from the beginning.

6 Contact and Appeals Process

If you disagree with our initial refund decision, we provide a fair appeals process. Second reviews are conducted by senior education staff who weren't involved in the original decision.

  • Appeals must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the original decision
  • Include additional documentation or circumstances that weren't part of the initial review
  • Appeals are typically resolved within 5 business days of receipt
  • Final decisions are communicated in writing with detailed explanations
